Lender Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a high-performing individual to manage and grow partnerships with active lenders on our platform. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in onboarding new lenders, deploying programs and monitoring for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between MotoRefi’s operations team (sales, processing and funding) and lenders to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Manage regular and ad hoc reporting to lenders, including preparation and coordination of all monthly business reviews.
  • Develop and implement expansion plans with assigned lenders to meet key objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other account managers and members of the business development team to identify and apply best practices across all accounts.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years experience as a senior consumer credit analyst, preferably with focus in auto or consumer finance.
  • 2 - 3 years developing and managing account relationships to achieve core metric and growth goals.
  • Able to develop reports, presentations and proposals to support lender program expansion objectives.
  • Experience successfully implementing systems, programs and processes in a timely manner.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with technology and software companies.
