The Role

We’re looking for an all-star inside sales and business leader who thrives building high performance sales teams in a high energy, high growth environment. In this role, you’ll use a full range of strategic, relationship, sales and operations skills to help our customers. If you’re a tactical self-starter who wants to take on new challenges every day, you’ll be perfect for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sales process and strategy to exceed revenue targets
  • Cultivate and develop a winning culture through performance expectations, driving the right behavior to develop a pipeline, direction, transparency, and proactive communication
  • Serve as the executive point person for Sales at MotoRefi such as improving sales discipline, institutionalizing use of best practice sales methodologies and executing against growth forecasts
  • Oversee the responsibilities and key initiatives of our sales management team
  • Create, improve upon and audit sales processes and support resources (e.g., scripting / training manual) through formal training programs and management coaching
  • Engage with Product Team to ensure Sales has the right tools & technologies to win
  • Build and maintain a best-in-class sales team by recruiting, training, motivating and developing the right talent
  • Oversee the management of daily and weekly Sales activities, pipeline analysis, and forecasting efforts to ensure predictable top-line growth trajectory in line with company goals
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop key operating assumptions & growth plans for the business

Requirements

  • You’re a pro. 15+ years of insides sales experience and experience leading an inside sales team of at least 10 - 20 people
  • You’ve delivered results. Exceeded quota expectations, closing over 100% of quota, or over $10M in business / year with Financial Services, FinTech, Consumer Software, InsureTech, and/or Automotive or related businesses
  • You’re a leader. Great recruiter, sales trainer and inspiring leader
  • You’re a team player. Should be self-aware, honest, not afraid to be on the floor with the sales reps, and fully invested in the success of your team
  • You’re a master of sales funnels. From marketing to lead to close, you’ve got it covered
  • You’re not afraid of analytics. Track record of using analytic skills to proactively develop new insights that drive operational strategy and revenue growth
  • You’ve got the whole package. Leadership, energy, judgment, communication, interpersonal, management and analytical skills
  • You’re hungry. Passionate about growing and building a business to its full potential
